President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa has come out to say that the increment in minimum wage that will become more effective by 1 January,2019 will be beneficial to about six million workers who earns R3,700(N97,495).

The 2018/19 Global wage report that was released yesterday shows that the world's wage rate has hit 10 low, just like that of 2007.
